Eastern Grey kangaroo -Macropus giganteus -
is up to 2.3m tall. They live in dry forest and in grassy areas in the eastern states of Australia. Grey kangaroos live up to 14 years (females live longer that the males).
Western Grey Kangaroo - Macropus fuliginosus -
is another big kangaroo. This kangaroo doesn't need to drink water. It lives in the dry, scrub which covers a large part of Australia.
